Trust restored in Facebook ordering. Great company, took a bit to get here in Canada but I think that was customs. The necklace is beautiful and very easy to wear. I ordered the braided leather which is very comfortable. I love having the three children on one side and the other side represents my daughter that passed. A wonderful keepsake to cherish. I have been ripped off by other companies on Facebook with cheap chains and crooked pictures under cheap resin, a definite cheat on the grieving soul. Great company.

Love love love the medallion! However, the necklace needs improvement. It arrived with the spring clasp NOT CONNECTED to the rope! I worked to attach it then the chain broke 2 hours later. It is lovely, just poor quality. I would suggest selling the medallion alone or improve the quality of the rope necklace. I’m looking for something online so I can wear my beautiful medallion.

I like the pendant but it was sent with a low-quality silver colored chain that did not match the pendant. All the photos online show a nice black, leather cord. I have been looking at craft stores around town to try to find one that looks like the one in the picture on the website. Unfortunately I have not had any luck yet.
