I purchased this necklace with 2 children for my daughter in law for Christmas. She really like it. I was disappointed when I received it though. It was shown with a black leather look chain and what I got was a cheaper looking metal chain that I didn't like at all. Part of what I liked about it was the black strap. I ended up going to Hobby Lobby and purchasing my own black chain for it to give to her. It was not specified that the chain would be metal when I ordered. However, I am happy with it and it is beautiful. I am considering ordering one for myself.
